facebook shopping.
Shops on Facebook are getting more popular?
[Especially those who decide to add randoms, in hope of increasing their business.
hmmm]
Well, it's not exactly safe to shop on Facebook, or is it?
I've seen those sellers who only accept "concealed cash", which is when you wrap money in some paper, put it in an envelope, so that it is not visible to anyone, and post it to the person.
I guess concealed cash is not safe, A - The money could get lost in the mail. B - The person could receive it, but claim that they didn't, as there is no proof.
You could always mail by registered post, but, is what you are buying worth you paying an extra $4 just to get the money to your seller? PLUS, they could always receive it, and claim that there was nothing inside the envelope. OHOHO
But, there are always those who have great feedback, despite accepting concealed cash. The choice of buying is yours.
HAHA, now there are those sellers who accept: Bank deposit, Face-to-face meetups with cash, and the trusty Paypal.
WHY WE LOVE PAYPAL? Well, only Buyers would love Paypal.
As a seller on ebay, I have come across Buyers who, have claimed they have not received the item, claimed that there was nothing in the box... The list goes on. They simply lodge a dispute claim with Paypal, and can get their money refunded. [Of course, it is a bit more complicated than that, but this is not the time to be complaining about Paypal.]
SO, as a Buyer, we should be happy about the Paypal Buyers' Protection. Yep, if the item never arrives, we can get our money back.
Paypal is, I suppose a safe way to SHOP online.
As for meet-ups, choose to meet up in busy places, eg. Melbourne Central. Haha.
NO, DON'T MEET UP IN ALLEYWAYS. K?
Welllll, I like FB shopping. SO YA.
